Next Day Delivery

Delivered the Next Working Day

Place your order before 12:00 PM (Monday–Friday) to receive your parcel on the next working day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM, on weekends, or on Bank Holidays will be processed on the next working day.

International Delivery

We proudly ship to selected countries worldwide.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import charges.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding UK Bank Holidays.
• You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods such as Black Friday, Eid, Christmas, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Return Eligibility

You may return eligible products within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• The product must be unused.
• The perfume must remain unopened.
• All seals must be intact.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging.
• The product must be in a resaleable condition.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

Due to hygiene and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns for:

• Opened perfume bottles
• Used fragrances
• Items with broken seals
• Gift cards
• Clearance or promotional sale items (unless faulty)

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Where possible, include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photographs of the product and packaging

We'll investigate your claim and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Refund Process

After receiving your returned item, we'll inspect it before processing your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty product.
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional time for the funds to appear in your account.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or supplied incorrectly, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as Maison Almanaar cannot accept responsibility for items lost during return transit.
